By accessing Halo B Designs or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Product Information
We strive for accuracy; however:
- colors may vary due to screen settings
- handmade items may contain slight variations
- mockups are for illustration purposes
Minor variations are not considered defects.
Pricing
Prices may change without notice.
Halo B Designs reserves the right to correct pricing errors before fulfilling an order.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to:
- refuse any order
- cancel suspicious orders
- limit quantities
- refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct
Intellectual Property
All artwork, logos, graphics, photographs, mockups, branding, and website content are the exclusive property of Halo B Designs.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, sold, or redistributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halo B Designs shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- consequential damages
- incidental damages
- lost profits
- delays caused by shipping carriers
- customer misuse of products
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
