Existing order support

For the fastest assistance, reply directly to your Shopify order-confirmation email and include your order number plus photos when reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Customization

When a product page includes personalization fields, enter the name, wording, colours, and design instructions there before adding the item to your cart. Contact us before ordering complex artwork or large quantities so we can confirm feasibility, pricing, and production time.
