Shipping Policy

Halo B Designs currently ships throughout Canada and the United States.

International shipping may be available upon request.

Processing Time

Orders typically require:

• Ready-made items: 2–5 business days
• Custom orders: 5–10 business days
• Large wholesale orders: processing times provided by quotation

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Time

Delivery estimates begin after processing.

Halo B Designs is not responsible for delays caused by:

• weather
• customs
• courier delays
• strikes
• natural disasters
• incorrect customer information

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional shipping fees before being resent.

Lost Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If a package is lost, we will assist in filing a carrier claim but cannot guarantee replacement or refund unless the carrier approves the claim or shipping insurance applies.

Customs & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by their country.
