Where we ship
Halo B Designs currently offers checkout delivery to addresses in Canada and the United States. Shipping to other countries may be available by prior arrangement; contact us for a quotation before ordering.
Local delivery in Markham
Local delivery or handoff may be available for eligible orders in the Markham area by prior arrangement. For privacy and safety, Halo B Designs does not publish a residential pickup address. When local delivery is arranged, customers may be asked to meet at an agreed public meeting point in the 7700 Markham Road area. Exact meeting details are confirmed privately after the order is placed.
Please note: The public meeting area is not a Halo B Designs storefront, business address, or customer pickup location. Do not visit without a confirmed arrangement.
Processing times
Ready-made items typically require 2–5 business days. Custom and personalized orders typically require 5–10 business days. Large and wholesale orders receive a production estimate with their quotation. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Delivery rates and timing
Available Canada Post rates are calculated at checkout using the destination, packaged weight, dimensions, and selected service. Delivery estimates begin after processing and remain carrier estimates.
Customs and import charges
Customers are responsible for duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges that may apply to U.S. or specially arranged international shipments.
Returns and exchanges
Custom, personalized, digital, clearance, and made-to-order items are final sale unless otherwise required by law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reply to your Shopify order-confirmation email within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Address accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges apply when an order must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
