Halo B Designs is operated as a sole proprietorship.

Nothing on this website shall be interpreted as creating any partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship with customers.

All purchases are made at the customer's own discretion.

Halo B Designs reserves the right to:

  • refuse service
  • modify products
  • discontinue products
  • change pricing
  • update policies at any time without prior notice

Customers are responsible for reviewing these policies before making a purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halo B Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any purchased products.

Unauthorized use of our designs, logos, product images, trademarks, or copyrighted materials may result in legal action.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR HALO B DESIGNS

Design Approval Policy

All custom artwork, mockups, and design proofs must be reviewed by the customer before production begins.

Once the customer provides written approval (including approval by email, text message, social media messaging, or any other written communication), Halo B Designs is not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors
  • Grammar errors
  • Incorrect dates
  • Incorrect phone numbers
  • Incorrect colors requested by the customer
  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
  • Design placement approved by the customer

Production begins immediately after approval. No additional revisions or refunds will be provided after approval has been given unless the error was caused solely by Halo B Designs.

Copyright & Customer Content Policy

Customers represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any logos, photographs, artwork, graphics, trademarks, or other materials submitted to Halo B Designs.

Halo B Designs does not verify ownership of customer-submitted content.

Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Halo B Designs, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from the use of customer-provided materials.

Halo B Designs reserves the right to refuse any design request that may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, or intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property Protection

All original artwork, graphics, mockups, branding, website content, product photographs, social media content, marketing materials, and designs created by Halo B Designs remain the exclusive property of Halo B Designs unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Customers may not:

  • Copy our designs
  • Reproduce our products
  • Remove watermarks
  • Resell our artwork
  • Use our designs for commercial production
  • Claim our work as their own

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

No Resale Policy

Products purchased from Halo B Designs are intended for personal use unless written resale authorization has been granted.

Businesses wishing to become authorized retailers must obtain written approval from Halo B Designs.

Unauthorized resale using the Halo B Designs name, logo, branding, or product images is strictly prohibited.

Commercial Use License

Purchasing a custom design from Halo B Designs does not automatically transfer ownership of the artwork.

Unless specifically stated in writing, customers receive a non-exclusive license to use the finished product only for its intended purpose.

Halo B Designs retains all copyrights to original artwork.

Ownership of artwork is only transferred through a separate written agreement.

Production Delays & Force Majeure

Halo B Designs shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Floods
  • Fires
  • Natural disasters
  • Power outages
  • Internet outages
  • Equipment failure
  • Supplier shortages
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Labor strikes
  • Government actions
  • Pandemics
  • Acts of God

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Halo B Designs before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using:

  • Order confirmations
  • Design approvals
  • Customer communications
  • Shipping records
  • Tracking information
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Photographic evidence

Customers who abuse the chargeback process may be permanently banned from purchasing from Halo B Designs.

Halo B Designs reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available under applicable law.

Right to Refuse Service

Halo B Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Harassment or abusive behavior
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Illegal designs
  • Copyright infringement
  • Trademark violations
  • Offensive or obscene content
  • Safety concerns
  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions

If an order is canceled before production begins, any refund will be issued at Halo B Designs' sole discretion, less any applicable processing or design fees.

Product Color Disclaimer

Actual colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Computer monitors
  • Mobile devices
  • Printing methods
  • Fabric texture
  • Lighting
  • Screen brightness
  • Ink variations

Minor color differences do not constitute defects.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Many Halo B Designs products are handmade or custom-produced.

Slight variations in placement, color, texture, or finish are normal and should not be considered manufacturing defects.

Electronic Communications

By placing an order, customers agree to receive communications from Halo B Designs electronically, including:

  • Order confirmations
  • Shipping notifications
  • Customer service responses
  • Policy updates

Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Halo B Designs, its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

In no event shall Halo B Designs' total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Halo B Designs, its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of products
  • Customer-submitted content
  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Negligence by the customer

Entire Agreement

These policies constitute the entire agreement between Halo B Designs and its customers regarding purchases made through our website.

Failure by Halo B Designs to enforce any provision of these policies shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
